We look for and invest in real estate that is well-located in communiites, but may be lacking in specific business services, retail goods, or even light manufacturing. Meeting these local market needs by targeting tenants that fulfill them begins to transform real estate into Communities within our properties. We are more than landlords--we build unity and synergy between our tenants, designing a tenant mix for cross-referral business, which is the glue that creates the Community atmosphere within our properties.
